Google review requests for UK trades
We help plumbers, electricians, fencers and builders get the Google reviews they have already earned — by asking, once, at the right moment.
What we do
A tradesperson finishes a job and adds the customer to their 5StarTrades app. A couple of hours later, once they are off site, that customer gets a single text message asking whether they would leave a Google review, with a link straight to the review page.
How we message people
- Only customers the tradesperson has actually done work for, added by that business itself.
- One message per customer. There are no follow-ups and no campaigns.
- Sent between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Never at night.
- Nobody is messaged twice within 30 days, whatever else is added.
- Links go to the business's own Google review page, or to their own app on this domain.
What is on this website
This domain hosts the private app each 5StarTrades client uses to add their customers, and the signup form for new clients. Both are reached through a private link we send directly to the business owner — there is nothing here to browse, which is why the front page is a sign-in.
